
Gerald Käfer-Schmid
Gerald Käfer-Schmid has been working as a research assistant at the Institute of Business & Psychology at Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH since September 2024. There he is dedicated to both teaching research methods and research activities. His current focus is primarily on health, work and organisational psychology as well as questionnaire and test development (including in the areas of person-centred leadership, social health and mental health in the work context).
