The MA in Business Administration and Psychology enables students to deepen their already acquired knowledge and skills and gain further qualifications at an academic level. The programme offers a balanced mix of psychological and business aspects. The topics involve the interfaces between people, organisations and markets. The specialisations of the degree programme, HR, marketing and management, digital transformation and sustainability, are also based here.

Your curriculum
In your Master's program in Business Administration and Psychology, you can expect a varied curriculum with a mix of core and compulsory electives. Depending on your professional or personal interests, in the second and third semester you have the option of an individual specialisation within Human Resource, marketing, management, digital transformation and sustainability.
