Application documents
For admission to your desired degree programme or course, you will need various application documents, which you can prepare before you submit your online application. You will need the following documents for your application:
Bachelor's degree and Master's degree programme
- Copy of your passport (data page of the passport, alternatively: birth certificate and proof of citizenship)
- Certificates, documents:
- School-leaving certificate and final certificate of the last school year
- Vocational school leaving certificate or certificate of the university entrance
- qualification examination or certificate of the vocational secondary school or apprenticeship certificate
- Diploma certificate, Bachelor's examination certificate and collective certificate of previous university studies (if applying for a Master's degree programme)
- Curriculum vitae
- Confirmation of current employment
- Letter of motivation. This should contain the following information
- Development goals (in connection with education and career)
- Personal self-assessment (qualifications, skills) and resulting motivation to study
- Assessment of your own resources (time, social support) to cope with the part-time distance learning programme
- a digital passport photo (700x900 pixels, file format: jpg, file size: 50 - 150 KB
- other certificates (e.g. university, university of applied sciences), name change documents, etc.
Executive education
Evaluation in the Health, Social and Education Sector
- Diploma certificate / bachelor’s degree examination certificate / collective certificate of previous university studies indicating 3 ECTS in methodological knowledge or, if applicable, additional certificates relating to methodological knowledge
OR
- Matriculation certificate / general university entrance qualification certificate / university entrance examination certificate and proof of at least three years of relevant professional activity; where applicable certificates relating to methodological knowledge
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of motivation
- One digital passport photo (700x900 pixels, file format: JPG, file size: 50 to 150 Kbyte)
- Any name change documents, etc.
NPO Management Basic
- Written confirmation by the Red Cross of Lower Austria that you have been sent as a participant
- Standardised application form
- Matriculation certificate / general university entrance qualification certificate / university entrance examination certificate or proof of at least three years of relevant professional activity
- Curriculum vitae
- One digital passport photo (700x900 pixels, file format: JPG, number of colours: 16.7 million (24-bit), file size: 50 to 150 Kbyte)
- Any name change documents, etc.
NPO-Management Advanced
- Written confirmation by the Red Cross of Lower Austria that you have been sent as a participant
- Standardised application form
- Matriculation certificate / general university entrance qualification certificate / university entrance examination certificate or proof of at least three years of relevant professional activity
- Curriculum vitae
- One digital passport photo (700x900 pixels, file format: JPG, number of colours: 16.7 million (24-bit), file size: 50 to 150 Kbyte)
- Any name change documents, etc.
