Julia Schöllbauer
Julia Schöllbauer has been working as lecturer & researcher at the Institute of Business and Psychology at the Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH since September 2023. Before, she has been involved with several Austrian universities and national and international research projects since 2015. Her work in these projects has mainly focused on the psychological challenges and benefits associated with new, technology-supported forms of work (e.g., working flexibly in terms of time and place). These include, for example, the unpredictability of work (days), which she identified as a new work stressor, and the dissolving spatial and temporal boundary between work and leisure/private life.
